THE ORIGIN
NICHÈ was born on the A-6, between Madrid and Vigo. No office, no clients, no structure. Just one certainty: that the real estate sector was making important decisions the same wrong way, in haste, with incomplete information and without any structure.
We had seen it up close. Properties poorly positioned from the start. Buyers moving forward without validating their financing. Owners hearing what they wanted to hear instead of what they needed to know.
We decided to build a firm that operated in reverse.
We did not want to do it better. We wanted to do it differently.
NICHÈ is born from the sum of two distinct experiences and a shared judgement. A real estate vision and a financial vision under the same umbrella.

Active rejection of artificial urgency. Time is not forced: it is respected even if it costs transactions.

Doing the right thing, doing it well and sustaining it even when nobody is watching. Excellence is not announced. It is noticed.

It is not built with transactions. It is built with consistently well-made decisions.
THE MANIFESTO
We did not come to be visible. We came to see what others were not seeing.
We saw up close how decisions were being made in the sector. In haste. With incomplete information. Treated as transactions when they were choices that would change people's lives.
The sector deserved something more.
We decided to build from analysis, not from urgency. From time, not from volume. From honesty, even if it cost transactions.
We chose Vigo. Not for scale. For rigour.
In a sector accustomed to noise, we chose silence. In a market obsessed with closing, we chose to accompany.
We believe that important decisions are not made in haste. They are made with vision, method and judgement.
