Yes. We primarily operate in Vigo and its metropolitan area. We analyze the local market, identify real opportunities, and accompany you throughout the entire purchasing process, from search to signing before the notary.

We start with a meeting to understand your situation: what you are looking for, why you need it, and what your real financial capacity is. From there, we conduct an active search and select properties that fit. We accompany you on visits, analyze each option, negotiate the price, and coordinate everything until the deed.

It depends on the type of service. In transactions where we directly intermediate, our fees are included in the operation. In Personal Shopper services, where we exclusively represent the buyer, we work with a previously agreed fee arrangement. You will always know the cost before starting.

For resale properties, the Property Transfer Tax (ITP) in Galicia is 8%. For new builds, VAT at 10% applies plus the Documented Legal Acts Tax (AJD), which in Galicia is 1.5%. Notary, registry, and agency fees must also be added.
